Cliff Mikkelsen
President
With more than 40 years of worldwide experience in the food and packaging industries, Cliff became head of the TOTECO team upon his father’s death in 2006.
Cliff has contributed markedly to TOTECO’s research and development as a multi-service entity in the industry. His attention to detail and logistics management is notable, as reflected in the company’s warehousing and on-time distribution capabilities. He has been instrumental in developing new territories and innovations for this niche of the industry, while continually strengthening customer relations and responding with acumen to their needs.
Head of the TOTECO Team
With more than 40 years of worldwide experience in the food and packaging industries, Cliff became head of the TOTECO team upon his father’s death in 2006.

Pete Mikkelsen
Logistics, Warehousing, Technology
With over 30 years’ experience, Pete heads TOTECO logistics division with a diligence far beyond the call. He applies this to all facets of TOTECO services. Living and breathing logistics, he never fails to see that all orders are promptly processed and shipped in the best fashion possible to meet every customer’s need. As TOTECO’s troubleshooter, Pete beats the best of packaging detectives with his hands-on experience in bulk bin development and construction, laminating, and quality assurance. If you should need any specifications defined visually, he can send you some great stuff. Just give him a try!
Sales Manager
Debbie joined TOTECO in January 2018, bringing with her over 25 years’ experience in the frozen vegetable industry. Her former job entailed purchasing HPT41’s, thus giving her first-hand knowledge and understanding of our customers’ needs and challenges. Her sales philosophy is not only sharing knowledge and resources with TOTECO’s customers but finding ready solutions. Debbie brings remarkable energy and dedication to providing exceptional customer service. Debbie lives in Seattle with her husband Tim and their lab, Molly. She loves hiking, camping, and sharing special times with her granddaughters, Evalyn and Paisley.
Sales Coordinator/Customer Service
Marisa joined TOTECO in 2018. She brought with her 14 years of frozen IQF vegetable industry experience and knowledge, including sales, customer service, logistics, and inventory control. Marisa’s extensive customer service experience enhances TOTECO’s long-standing reputation for providing superior service. Marisa is always the professional and goes the extra mile to put the customer first, solving any issues she may encounter along the way. She lives near Seattle with her husband Aaron and their two sons.

Lars has been onboard since 2017. His unique résumé, which includes an extensive career in the fire and water rescue services, demonstrates his ability to tackle the most daunting tasks. He understands what it takes to provide immediate response, and he has a passion for working with people. These traits enhance TOTECO’s long-standing reputation for providing first-class service. Lars also handles our internal technical requirements, keeping us up to date with the latest technology so that we can continue to serve our customers efficiently and effectively. Lars and his family have recently re-located from Washington to Michigan, central to one of TOTECO’s most active markets.

Mary joined TOTECO in June of 2005, bringing over 25 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience (including owning her own accounting service) with a large variety of enterprises. As head of TOTECO’s accounting department, she closely monitors all financial aspects of the company, keeping the management and sales team well-informed. She responds quickly and effectively to any customer concerns related to invoicing and payments.
